A class for people who want to learn the underlying principles of cooking, from
the very basics of how to cut an onion, to how to cook fish, to why souffles
work the way they do. This will be a hands-on experience driven by techniques
that you can incorporate into your daily cooking.
$49, plus tax, gratuity & drinks are an additional charge. Class
