Kids' Who are Serious about Cooking Class Series
Dates: Thursdays, December 1, 4:30 - 7:30 p.m. For kids ages 10+
Chef and Owner: Amy Donaldson Instructor Cost: $55 per student per class This class is
for kids 10 and older who are serious about learning to cook. The class will be
hands-on and in-depth. Throughout the course, we will focus on safety, healthy
food options, local food whenever available and expose students to a variety of
ingredients, tastes and cuisines. Each class will build on prior classes and
will follow a basic European cooking standards curriculum.
Students will be expected to act in a mature and attentive manner, always follow
safety rules, try everything (excluding any food allergies), and to work on
skills and projects at home between classes.
Class dates, times and recipes are subject to change. Amy will work on
curriculum and recipes with the students as the class develops.
SCHEDULE
YOUR OWN CLASS - for groups from 2 to 14 Most of the classes at Woodhaven now are scheduled by
individuals for their own group. These classes can be tailored to exactly what
your group wants.
Don't think you have enough people? Call with your idea and Amy will try to
combine your group with others who would be interested in the class.

person, which includes hands-on instruction, recipes and wine.
