friends (from 2 to 14)* for a truly unique evening of fun and delicious food.
Chef's Table Dinner
Gather a group of friends 'round
the teaching kitchen and observe while Amy prepares your 3- to 5- course meal
for you. You can be as involved with the cooking process as you like, or just
socialize with friends (old and newly acquainted), and enjoy the food, along
with a glass of wine or beer.
Demonstration Classes
For demonstration classes, Amy
will walk you through the recipes in a 3- to 5-course meal, sharing instruction,
tips techniques and the recipes with you, so you can create these scrumptious
dishes on your own. Some hands-on teaching may apply here, but you'll be sure to
enjoy the meal at the end of the evening that you've helped to create. A
relaxing way to learn new ideas, experience new tastes and enjoy fine dining.

reserved amount 2 weeks prior to the event. If you cancel more than two weeks in
advance, there will be no charge to your credit card or you will be refunded the
full amount if paid by cash or check in advance. If we cancel
for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
