LIGH and LOCAL - Annual Grilling Class
4 - 7 p.m.
Join us on the back deck (weather permitting) for our annual grilling class. Sip a glass of chilled wine and relax while Amy demonstrates techniques for grilling fish and seafood, and of course, the sides to go along with it.
 
Menu items may include:
Spicy Thai Grilled Shrimp
Grilled Sea Bass or Mahi-Mahi with Bacon Tomato Butter
Prosciuto-wrapped Trout from Silver Moon Springs
Heirloom Tomato Salad with Red Wine Vinegar Granita
